Coffee Pup is a small independent bakery operating from a production kitchen in Wimbledon, London.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide via our contact, wholesale and mailing-list forms — typically your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the content of your message, and your consent details. We also record when, where and how you subscribed, the wording you agreed to, and the channel used (email, WhatsApp or web form).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, fulfil orders, manage customer relations through WhatsApp, and — with your consent — send you marketing emails through Sender.net about markets, products and community news.

Security and access

We store contact data in a limited-access workflow and restrict access to approved members of the team. We keep consent records so we can demonstrate what was agreed to and when, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can also request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
